Objectives

Our client had bought an existing building that was full of history, and had in the past been used as a movie theatre and a restaurant. He wanted help with creating some design ideas for the buildings next incarnation – a Medical Spa.

Solution

We quickly worked at producing studies of the design options available, which included:
• Two different floor plans of the new space
• Two different renderings of the Entrance Lobby
• Two different renderings of the Waiting Room
We aimed to show the spaces’ full potential to the client by demonstrating different ways it could be used.

Now we are moving into Construction Documents phase with our client.
